I understand the store protocol to leave the bag at baggage counter. However, it should be applicable to everybody. When I told this scenario to the Indian guy (slim body, i dont know his real name) he shouted at me saying “ is it your job!!” and repeated once again.This kind of attitude should not be tolerated by the management. It’s degrading of humanity. Incident happened today at 6:15pm.
