You can find plenty of dresses in this shop , and Jema was very helpful to assist us in choosing the right dress for our occasion ????

The girls working there are very nice and positive despite handling too many customers at once. But quality and stitches are not good. I would not recommend buying online, better go to shop.

Their fabric quality is too cheap. I bought an expensive abaya and they informed me to only dry clean it and after the first dry clean it shrunk completely and they refused to exchange it or refund me. They have the worst customer service ever! Zero client managment. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Nice affordable collection but wish the store manager was a bit more friendlier instead of showing her frustration over customers. This was not addressed towards me but in the 2 times I visited she was tense and avoid eye contact or even greeting. This is the Galleria mall branch

Not recommending buying from this brand. The quality is the worst it would be damaged from the first time you wear it. Not worth the hype! customer service is the worst not polite and so rude. I asked to speak to the management after the rude response from the lady who is handling the shop that day she said we dont have management. I was trying to complain about the quality of the Abaya and asked to return it because it’s not worth the money.
She sent me on WhatsApp, telling me pickup your items before tomorrow, because we are not responsible on this item if you kept it there ( the sales person made me keep it because she wanted to check with the management if they can return it)not professional!

Gemma and siba were amazing staff and so sweet and helpful with a big smile anytime I asked a question. I bought two sets and I’m in love! As a designer myself the quality and value are great too!

I had the best time at CLASSYYM branch in DFC. Rose was very polite and helped me with every question and was quick to assist! Will come back again, loved all the pieces I got today :)

Very bad experience in this store, I make a purchase and the article does not fit me. I want to make an exchange because no refund, saleswomen very unpleasant, speak to me badly and take me for a stupid. She proposed me to make an exchange with the online service, I accept because nothing in the store, no stock, no article (what's the use of opening a store?), the person asks me to pay the delivery for my exchange, while I went to the store.
When I finally accept because I have no choice, she tells me that the deadline is over and that the exchange can not be accepted.
The customer service is really bad and the saleswomen unpleasant
