If there's negative star they deserved it. My money is sitting with them for more than 4 months and my return items are still not returned, I sent email, WhatsApp calling the agent but they are starting to ignore me, even the Manager. This company deserved to be reported in Ministry of Economy, or any Government official to check why this kind of company are still operating in UAE, how many people they will scam?

I believe your company is good. But please talk to your guys doing the delivery to be polite. This guy come to my work place to give my order and I give him money he said in a rude way he don't have change. I should look for change I told him am at work and he told me to hurry up. This is so bad honestly.

Don't deal with this company they are receiving from customers cash and cut what ever they want and holding the money more than one month

Very worst service. We have sent a shipment from Sharjah to Abu dhabi. when we track the shipment it was showing out for delivery then I called them to deliver asap. They said it was handed over to agent and will be delivered before 4 pm. Then when I track it is showing office closed but no one came to our office and no one contacted us. After that when I contacted them. No response from them.

The couriers on Al Barsha Area is not providing proper information, they always keeping a falls promises & feedback on shipments, they don’t respect the time of their customer, they work only on their convinience and customer services is unproffisional when you call for follow up, they will give you an annoyed tone of their voice, they will answer you "What I will do" when you follow up for the shipment

Very bad experience. They took charge from the sender as well as from receiver(client) also. they also misbehaved with our client.Very disappointed

Delivery from Dubai to Canada takes forever, what kind of express delivery is that. Then they were saying that it's wrong address. 1 week parsel in transit. Then I'm trying to reach this company by phone numbers, no response in working hours. I called them 10 times, it's 9am, no one answer!!!! What is that?!

I don't understand why these delivery companies abuse their responsibilities and failed to deliver orders on specified location and time. Aramex a failed courier company which I am avoiding to deal for any shipment and here we go another courier that works with imile courier service failed to deliver orders on specified delivery date. The worst part is they do not apologise or justify the failure even though I request them they avoid to reply
