Is it normal to receive letters? With blood on them? If the guy who delivers letters cut his fingers, I think it's supposed to use medical plasters and gloves. Or if he doesn't have this with him,just knock at the door, and I would help him with all my pleasure with some napkins or a sink to wash himself, medical plasters, and gloves

Recently changed to just 2 hours per day opening Mon-Fri.
Of Absolutely no use to anyone that works.

opening for two hours a day just isn’t good enough anybody who uses royail mail will be going else we’re feels like royail mail will be going under soon

I agree with most of the comments given by others. My experience is similar when collecting missed deliveries, however when I reach the counter whether in 4 minutes or 40 minutes, the service is mostly good. I hope Royal Mail Hartlepool would look at these reviews and make improvements.

Conflicting opening times for Hartlepool office in Clarke Street, between their Google details and website details. Due to this it makes collecting a parcel very awkward. Surely they’ve got people who can make both opening hours match..

Absolutely the worst royal mail I've ever had dealings with. So unhelpful and refuse point blank to leave a parcel with neighbours if I'm not in meaning I have to drive 40mins there and 40mins back to collect it.

Only company I have ever used that I have had to have hostage negotiation to get my parcels. Opening hours for collection or delivery isn't useful to anyone who is employed and has to leave the house, and on the rare occasion you are in for delivery you had better be like Usain bolt because knock knock and their off! It's strange I dont experience this with UPS FedEx Hermes or even Santa! I cant wait for Christmas to work longer hours and get to line up outside the depot in all conditions at 7am again. But it could be worse I could have paid for the privilege....oh wait
