Worst service ever. I tried to order ice-cream for my daughter and worker refused to take order making up stuff that someone was before me. There wasn’t any line. People were wandering and choosing what they want. When I said no one even ordering expect me the worker told me that my daughter can get only 2 choices on the top of her ice-cream. Absolutely disrespectful employee, tried to argue with me over anything I wanted to get for my daughter.

Sudip was awesome. He really put on a show for my wife. It was her first time at Cold Stone and he made it special. She was really excited. The ice cream was pricey but that’s expected. Still really good like back in the states.

Far more ambiance was wondering, staff are so friendly, that feels like you're on home. Juggling performed by Mr.Mohan just blow my mind such a talented artist.

Presentation and taste of ice cream makes me so refreshing that i forget all the tiredness of all day.

All over i enjoyed a lot. Thank you clod stone for such warming hospitality.

I hearbly request you to visit cold stone when you get in Atlantic.

What an Energy in the staff, so professional so friendly, I was on my way to star bucks for a cold coffee just stoped by Cold stone to stare at the Menu, Surprised to see the energetic and Welcoming staff, I had no Idea what to order,but Mr.Sudip Rai offered me he will prepare something special for me, and he rocks. I didn’t even cared to ask the name of the shake, Let it remain unknown but definitely coming back to taste another unknown shake, above all the Shake is definitely something unique, strongly recommend, a must try..
once again hatsoff to all the staff especially Mr.Sudip

Problem cap. I have spilled coffee while I went out creamery. I didn’t shake it, just go out. Impossible to drink on go

If you have gone al the way to the Atlantis Palm located at the tip of Palm Jumeirah, then I'm sure you will stop by Cold Stone located on the ground floor right at the entrance- this is a sure thing if you have a kid/kids. We actually drove all the way to this one for dessert after our lunch at another place in Palm Jumeirah because it is worth it.

My rating ( #eatwithirene ):
Food: 10/10. There are a lot of flavors & you can ask them to mix many of them.
Service: 9/10. Very cheerful & attentive. This place is always crowded with vacationers/ tourists so they are doing the best they can.
Ambiance: 8/10. It's got a dessert cafe style.
Pricing: 9/10. worth every penny & competitively priced.

I didn’t had time to capture on my phone but i did remember the guy “Mohan” who entertained my son and us and he was very friendly, polite and I can’t describe the taste of the ice cream it was AMAZING thanks to Mohan #coldstone atlantis
