I bought a jacket to gift my mother and went 1 month vacation but it didn't fit to her so I bought as it is to exchange. The customer support people ignored my request several time . I asked them just to change the size and I am not asking for refund. But they simply didn't do anything. The customer support is the worst in this kind of brands. I had bought 4-5 jackets from them and just asked to change one of the jacket . I ll never return as customer and even recommend others to be careful.

I’m traveling to Canada for good and need to buy some winter clothes with me in preparation for the winter season, Luckily I dropped by at this store. Bought everything I need with the personalized service of Patrick, his customer service was exceptional.

So my friend and I went shopping yesterday at this shop and left almost 2000 dhs there. While unpacking I noticed that they charged me 80Dhs too much for a pair of shoes. When I called them they Confirmed the lower price. When I asked why they charged me 80 dhs more the answer was that the color I took was not in sale. It was nowhere mentioned that those were sale prices first. Second when they brought me the other color Gere was neither a price tag nor did they inform me. And now you get a rude answer instead of an apology?!? What's going on here???
So I said I want to return it and they only offer gift card refunds. Apart from the fact that they don't have anything else I would need I have to buy again in a shop where I'm treated like this after sending so much money!
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS CHECK THE PRICES AND YOUR RECEIPT IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET CHEATED ON HERE!!!

I stopped by this location a few hours ago. The store is exceptionally small, but couldn't believe they had several of the newly released Eco versions of the OutDry Titanium waterproof (yes waterproof)jackets for sale at half off. Cheaper than in the US. I paid close to $90 including the foreign transaction fee and of course, no tax. Happy camper for sure.

The staff was very kind, smiling and knowledgeable about their products. They knew what they had in stock even. That's was surprising. It's not a bug store but had everything I needed.

Hi every one ..I am really appreciate the each and every staff in this Moe branch of Columbia sportswear...they call my number and give back my lost Rta driving permit....and also they are so friendly to the customer ...they greet every one ..customer service fully satisfied.....and the price also reasonable compare to other brand ...and I bought two pair of sports shoes I feel too comfortable to wear ...and Gud for jogging ...once again thank u so much for u r support to team Columbia Moe branch staff....
