Another great community pool in Arabian Ranches. Friendly lifeguards on duty always there with a welcoming smile. The pool itself has always been well maintained when I've been there. Great place to come and relax and take a dip and soak up some of the Dubai sun.

It was to watch live music and a band called the 4Beats was there - the DJ said. It was fantastic evening and huge crowd wanting to see and hear them perform. It was packed on Saturday 24 june with everyone singing, dancing and drinking. My friends and I really enjoyed our time at The Townhouse, and definitely will be coming back for more!

Went into the Townhouse on Friday the 26th of May for a quick pint and a bite to eat early afternoon.

Firstly the lager we were served tasted like pipe cleaning products, which we returned and asked for them to be exchanged, but the replacement tasted exactly the same.

The barman then replaced the two poor tasting pints for two bottles of larger with no offer of a refund because of the poor service and larger.

Anyway the saving grace for the townhouse is the food we had tasted amazing and was priced very comparatively compared to other venues in Sutton.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Came here for an event and they had over sold ridiculous amounts. You could not even move in the building. Waiting times for the toilet was 30+ minutes. Who knows what would have happened if there was a fire. If you fell over in the first room you would’ve got trampled all over. I also fell down a drain out in the terrace that you’re unable to see in the dark and hurt my foot and cut my shin. I contacted the town house by email and their Instagram page and I had no response. Wouldn’t recommend coming here to anyone and I certainly wouldn’t return.

Nice location and conference/event hall. Please look at the chairs though, everyone was uncomfortable worried that the chairs were going to break from under them. They need some TLC.
Lovely decor and chandeliers and a good bar.

May seem unfair to tarnish the hotel with the quite awful staff who run the bar downstairs, but be warned if you wish to select this venue for any kind of an occasion for a friends & family meeting point on what can only be described as money making scam on what the staff deem as a selective entrance fee! I was fully aware of an entrance charge before 10pm & with all ready a large group of us already in the venue celebrating a Christmas meet up with ages ranging from 18-60 with no issues I may add , my daughter & 4 friends all with IDs were refused entry due to a over 21 rule after 10pm, they had been waiting for 10 minutes patiently to gain entry knowing that family & friends were already inside, my wife & I went to front of house reception to be a voice of reason to be told they could enter the venue if they paid a £5 entry fee which I was happy to pay I might add but I also had to pay for myself & my wife as we had walked out of the venue to speak some common sense to front of house management, I paid the fee with no drama as I wished to continue our evening, but I would suggest if this is how they run the bar areas I would imagine the rest of the venue would have to be tarnished with the same poor customer service criteria. Very poor form !!

I didn't stay there. I just went to the bar late on a Friday night. This was very nice and consisted of a music/club room, a chill out area and a live music area.

This is based on booking a room. Unknowingly booked this to my surprise upon arrival downstairs it’s a club to 3 am so the noise on top of the fact the room is freezing cold and heating is locked so I can’t put heating on was a horrible experience . I would highly recommend not staying here unless you are out partying.

Great location with the high street just up the road. The house keeping is the best we have had, very tentative. The front of house is polite and the food at the bar is yom ! Great experience all round.
