A private hire company who falsely and illegally advertises a “Taxi” service they cannot legally provide. Use at your own risk!

Very poor service, car 15 minutes late on collection. When I called the control said that’s all they had available even though it was booked 2 days in advance. If we had known we would have booked elsewhere. This is not the first time CSC has done this with an advance booking. Won’t be using them again. My advice is, if you need a reliable service CSC is not not the one to choose in my experience!

Avoid this horrendous company at all costs. They lie about prices, they force larger cars on you than you need for inflated costs to make you pay more, they quote a higher price when you get to the airport/dedtination (which is fraudulent and there will be formal enquiries into that), and they are unbelievably rude if you try and question why they are forcing you into a larger taxi than you need. I have rarely encountered such rudeness and deceit. There are several other taxi companies in the area which are all better priced, more reliable (and have cleaner cars) than this company. Even a last minute uber is often better priced. Please avoid and call one of the other local ones instead.

I feel sick to my stomach writing this. Did not show up for our airport run. We have managed to get an Uber now but there is a good chance we will miss our flight. 0 communication just didn’t show up. Avoid at all costs.

Do not use this cab service. My nan is 85 years old and they didn't care that we were stranded in wembley. We booked 2 cabs (return) for 11pm and the 1 cab they sent was 1 hour late. Then the 2nd 1 didn't turn up at all. Bearing in mind we live an hour away from Wembley. Had to order a bolt and that cost us more than we were meant to pay. Never again.

Short version
In short, the taxi had taken another job and told us we’d have to wait 1 hour 7 minutes before he could get to us at Heathrow for our airport pick up. We had to get a black cab for £150.

Long version
We returned from holiday this morning and had booked a taxi from Heathrow back to Banstead. We still hadn’t received any comms after our bags had arrived at baggage reclaim, so I called Cheam Cars to check where the driver was. The lady on the phone said he was in arrivals. When we couldn’t find him I called again and she said she would ask him to call me. A few minutes and still nothing, I then receive a text with a tracking link to indicate that he is 67 mins away from Heathrow. The taxi driver then called me to ask if we could wait over one hour for him to arrive!!

I called Cheam Cars back who explained they think the taxi driver had picked up a Bolt or Uber job whilst waiting for us.

We had to get into London for work this morning and we were left with no choice but to get a black cab at a cost of £150.

We order a bigger car to pick u to elderly people and a foldable mobilty scooter that folds flat and fits in to any boot of a car the driver refused to pick them up and didn't even attempt to try to put it in his boot

I've been using Cheam cars for a long time. However, it looks like something has changed with this company. Looking at some of the other reviews I can confirm that the staff are very unhelpful. They charged me a lot more than they had quoted initially with no clear rationale (extra parking time, extra hand luggage etc.). Appears like the driver arrived exactly at the flight landing time when you would expect to allow at least 20 mins for the passenger to come out - he looked up timing for a different flight and went early. They had already sent estate car before knowing there will be an extra had luggage and when the driver saw the extra luggage he decided to charge extra. I felt ripped off and just didn't want to spend time arguing with the driver and the company so paid them 70 quid for what was supposed to £45. I am not intending to use this company anymore however, I am posting this so if others using them please be careful with this company and agree the price well in advance.
