I was looking forward to the release of the nike sb lobster Sneaker with concepts, when I reached there it was the most unorganized release with full of reseller queuing and organizing the list which is not acceptable. Extremely disappointing event. Some people were standing there for hours even without being on the sales list, waiting for the opportunity to buy the release. With all the raffle technology, you still cannot organize a release, it is such a disappointment. Fcfs is not a way to do this

Hi Everyone just so everyone knows when you place a order online it is not guaranteed as Concepts will take your money and after a day or two send you canceled and refunded message. I got a confirmation of Air jordan Teyana Taylor which i waited for 2 hours to get hands online as i live in Fujairah. I emailed them to ask for explanation and no one even replied back. For everyone who looks to get a pair if shoes try and avoid Concepts as they will cancel it anyway and you wont find the shoes even in other websites later on! Never ever expected them to cheat like this had good experience in past with US division, never going back!

i purchase online and paid its been 3days now and only now you will say CANCELLED! reason its been hundred etc of errors.. you should inform immediately customer cancel not waiting for long time!

I have shopped online from concept however, this is my first time visiting the store, Lionel was super friendly and very accommodating. He made my purchase experience wonderful.
Surely will come back. One more time Thank you Concept for having such amazing Staff Lionel.

I bought a shoe online and got confirmation, order canceled later , I think if you don't have personal relation with them u won't get any hyped shoe

Unreliable in terms of ordering product. Its should be subject to availability before uploading products. Very disappointed. Order confirmed in the end they cancel my order.
