The Building is good. But the Elevator is utter Flop.
If anyone want to punch in @ 10 am, should come and wait for the elevator at 9.30, otherwise the elevator will takeaway your half day.

Good building, easy access to public transport, very nice and spacious offices with amazing sea view and palm Jumeriah view, with good maintenance team. Availability of gym, Mosque and modern Parking system,

One of the older office buildings in Media city. Elevators and design of building is very inefficient. Especially during lunch time it’s very crowed to get from one floor to the other. Several businesses in the building providing services on location attracting a lot of customers (extra elevator movements) such as beauty salons, gyms, clinics etc. Only lunch opportunity is ground floor. So many people extra food deliveries are creating extra movements in the building.
Plumbing of toilets is old creating smell and various flooding. Cleaning of toilets is poor. Location, parking and view is on the other side great.
