Second time in a row the number 76 bus through Ettington to Stratford hasn't turned up. I got to the stop 10 mins early both times, checked the website for live updates and even after waiting a full 35 minutes there was no sign of the bus. The updates just disappeared! I have zero confidence in this bus service and will not be wasting my time on it again.

A big shout out for the B3 driver who picked up me and my grandson at 9.30 on Wednesday 4th January. When I queried paying a fare for my grandson the conversation developed when I told him we were going to Chipping Norton. He straight away phoned the depot and asked that the driver going to Chipping Norton hold on for us until we got there which he did.i am so sorry I didn't ask his name. Someone give his a raise or at least a pat on the back for me please.

Thank you to Banbury B9 bus driver who gave my Son his lost wallet back after he'd found it on his bus, we really appreciated that.

Bus nr 76 To Kineton school Can't believe the driver this morning he completely ignored my son and didn't open the door for him I have to drive him to the next bus stop and he decided not to stop there at all
Fuming !!!I was late for work and my son left very upset
Considering we pay over £100 a month for a bus pass to get to school
The best thing is the company doesn't care at all !!!
Very upsetting

Bus H4, Banbury to John Radcliffe Hospital Oxford. Drivers are very friendly but travelling in VERY COLD/FREEZING bus from 07:23 until 08:35 is TO MUCH! Really it is -8 outside and bus have no heating and open window's!
Oh I understand we have to ventilate etc.... but if every day, twice per day people travel in freezing bus over hour and then sitting at work for 8 hours with window's open. Really? Not surprising why people getting ill.

Please do kindly think about people. We have a cold winter and I'm sure you will not put your children or eldry people in freezing buses...

This company is ridiculous , they’ll happily charge more and more to the point it’s cheaper to get a bus in London then it is Banbury…while also decreases the frequency of the busses and completely stopping the service on Sundays, as I forget people don’t work Sunday and they don’t even have the common decency to even warn use of the change.

Currently the 200 (Daventry - Banbury) bus has delays. The 'Drivers' are using these delays to their own advantage and not doing turn rounds on the last (18.25) bus. Tonight I had some claptrap about being out of hours at 19.00,when the 'Driver' had started at 14.00! I'm an HGV Driver... Complaint going in tomorrow...
