Really really awful site, web designer probably has no experience. Unorganized and incomprehensible sections of the menu, always busy and not convenient queue for services. I refuse to even look at that, not to proceed with it.
For that beautiful city as Dubai really is, it's such a piece of shame and disgrace, or should I say for Russians who work there.

Kindly please note embassy
address (al munara center near Onpassis metro station) has changed which is not updated on google.I got heatstroke because I reached to wrong address first.I got appointment of next month for my document attestation very very disappointed with the service

Full shame
- impossible to get an appointment
- queue with papercard, you wait outside with all the heat for more then 1 hour
- arrogant attitude

Worse experience of communication and attitude I have in dubai and btw, for the 2nd time
You should welcome and support your citizen, but don't treat like that

Make sure you come here before your actual appointment time as the queue is by the ticketing system. Consulate fees can only be paid by cash without change , terminal doesn’t accept new UAE notes and prices vary from the website . Stuff is friendly and ready to help you with any questions you’ve got .

Be ready to spend here a couple of solid hours if you need to take a picture for your passport renewal

I never had bad service before, till this year. My passport is expired and my visa will be expired in one week. They told me that my passport is ready, but still in RF no information at all, when it arrives. No one knows and cares. How come??
I told them I can lose my job as I need to renew my employee visa, but they don't care at all. You can't just walk in, you have to take an appointment and it will take several weeks to get in, to get any information as they don't answer the phone.
I'm very disappointed!

We have got really positive experience here! Documents for my son's new passport were checked and received really professionally and promptly. Then they took picture of my son and all the payment straight there. And all this took for about 10 min. There were no queues. Everyone were really professional and polite.

We came only to collect my new born baby passport we came on time and appointment waiting around 3hours without AC it's, at the end passport was not ready system problem is that possible where is the management on that ??
