The Dune Bashing was pathetic so was the driver. The duration of dune bashing was hardly 20 min. The food was horrible, we hardly got any starters. The belly dance lasted only 5 min. The performance was good though. The other two performances were also good. Overall the experience was very poor. Recommend not to book here.

My family and friends truly enjoyed the day. They picked us the from the hotel at 4pm. After 45 minute ride to get to the desert conservation. First stop is the quad bike ride (it is not part of the package). Then to hit the dunes in a four wheel drive followed by sand surfing. After you arrive a somewhat traditional bedouin where you can go for a camel ride.

Dinner is severed with local Arabian cuisine take it here as their is a lot of food to sample. the night finishes off with a tanoura dance & belly dance show. Very enjoyable indeed

Special thanks to obeyd the person who took us for the safari journey also a heartful thanks to Bobby who arranged such a good person to take of our family at desert safari. It was really a very good experience for us, we wish to have a chance to go for desert safari one more time next year thank u for great heart capturing memories.

I bought a groupon voucher for a desert safari after I called for checking availability. On the phone they said it was available and when I sent the email they said they did not accept the groupon booking and I had to pay by cash to the driver. Beware of this Christmas fraud.

I refer clients to yours all the time and this is the worse experience I have had.

Tried to call and the person wouldn’t listen to my rescue at. Get a WhatsApp response to get a quotation and took me hours to even get a response.

Then get told I can only get it by a WhatsApp message.

When I ask for proof of the company i get you are not a proper company. I’m trying to refer to my clients and friends (non profit) but with a realiable and quick service. Just didn’t happen.

Would not recommend.

Very very disappointing! No communication; can not provide the service they advertise for; and eventually after calling THEM numerous times unsuccessfully; with one last desperate call the lady were not customer friendly. Definitely not a company to be recommended.

Very Very Bad Service..We arranged for desert safari in the morning and they agreed to send the driver in the afternoon. But at the end movement they wanted money before sending the driver. I have called many times to their office but no one responded. No one is ready to give their manager number too. After requesting many times i got the number but funny thing is that he also not bother about the customer & no response like others..Crazy people & Crazy company..
Finally one lady helped us & send the driver..I really appreciate her help..

This is a complete joke, I would rate it negative if I could. Staff never picks up, manager is always on the move, and groupon vouchers a source of fraudulent income. Don't waste your time unless you're looking to be surprised by circus.
