The restaurants owner refuses to deliver due to timely complaints highlighted to them on the quality of food, quantity sucks, the ambience of restaurant which has cockroaches while dining and highlighted to the restaurant staff, when ordered jaljeera with mint was served without mint, not cold, was tasting like a benadryl syrup, but still charged us due their mistake, Everytime highlighted they say sorry but charge the customer Everytime mistakes, food being uncooked and delivered, owner instead of calling and saying sorry at her end, instead straight mentions that order wouldn't be delivered. Such is the audacity in serving customers who brings them business. Anyways never to be referred to anyone, not good for dining in person or friends around as it's highly disappointing with guests around and unwelcoming instead of improving at their end with the feedbacks they chose to not improvise.

CORIANDER - WE FEED SOULS

Coriander started with a bang and Good food but as time passes by the food quality has diminished completely. Hotel Industry runs basically on 2 most Important point.

1. TIPS - To Insure Prompt Service &
2. Good Food - Taste to Palate.

Coriander Restaurant unfortunately lost it both ways.

Service is pathetic in terms of Restaurant Dine In & Take away is less said the better

I am a foodie and been having food throughout from Outside from various Resto but the so called attitude or ego of the Manager aka Owner is pathetic.

If the Owner or the so called Incharge of the Restaurant does not have the ethics to treat the customer right it's doldrums.

As the Heading states WE FEED SOULS the Restaurant should have the courage to recieve complains from the souls too then rather running away or ignoring the complains & does not wish to serve the client anymore bcs they complain that's pathetic & seen it for the first time in hospitality Industry.

So My humble request to the Restaurant & Staff is please improve in attitude & Ego as in hotel industry it is always said CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT !!! because the Client pays for good food...good service & If any complains from the Customer take it as a pinch of salt rather than running away from the problem or shunning the telephonic conversation when the customer speaks.

I am speaking from My Experience as I am too was from the Hospitality Industry and I have opened 3 5 Star hotels... A Pub & Newly Opened Restaurant in Dxb Kuwait & Germany.

Guys, if you’re looking forward to the most authentic Gujarati food in Dubai, it must be visited…my all time fav is Dahi tadka and bajre ko roti, Khichu & Tadka bun.
