Quite an obscure location (temporarily during construction for a week or so) inside the tower.. with access from the side of the tower (just ask security).. pretty convenient once you know where it is.

I liked that they answered the phone! Ahmed was quick and efficient and all as expected

2020 Christmas is very different and the Costa ginger bread coffee makes this season so much better than bitter. I arrived late to the shop today (25 Dec) but the lady (Elena?) was compassionate and prepared my coffee just after closing the shop. She made my Christmas day. Thank you.

I know Costa is famous for the coffee but trust me guys their four layered chocolate is epic. It has a great mixture of bitterness and sweetness. Just try once on your next visit

Convenience, location (to my office), staff are extremely friendly, and it reaches a point where you no longer need to actually order, they know your trend and will go ahead and make your coffee. I show up in the morning I get a skinny latte, show up anytime after that, an Americano ...simple! Can't go wrong with Costa!

The most hospitable and awesome team of Costa! The manager here - Elena is a super computer that remembers every customer's preference at any time of the day! What a star team that makes coffee great!

The food options from Costa Coffee themselves are rather dated and boring. This has to change rather urgently.

A little pricey, but if your going to visit a few times, be sure to get a punch card, with it, the fifth drink is free.
