Looks like closed, did not find any entrance around the building.

After my long fasting, decided to have my coyand croissant at Costa. Tried the Spanish latte and it tasted good.

Before I explain why I am giving 1 star has nothing to do with Costa Coffee brand, their food, or coffees. This one star is only for this branch that is located within Dnata HQ.

Here I feel the staff withholds information before she takes my order.

For instance, lunch time there is an offer to get a combo of coffee, sandwich and a snack at a price. On asking this offer staff does not clearly mention how it works.

Another instance, I had handed over my Costa Coffee loyalty card to get stamped for a coffee I purchased. It was not stamped and just handed over to me. Luckily I had checked that there were no new stamps.

There were times, I was not offered staff discount because I was a bit late to give me discount card. Stating that the transaction was completed.

In other words, the service of this Costa Coffee compared to other is not up to Costa’s standards. I have not have complains with other Costa shops.

My advice to other, clear ask for offers or discount that can be redeemed and the price you are paying etc.
