Food hygiene is not acceptable, packaging not clean, I asked if that clean or u have another piece she said it’s from the delivery company, only the package not clean she washed it and handed it back to me. it had disgusting smell and taste.

The prices for sandwiches are outrageous - 29 dhs for a pre-made one. A croissant baked yesterday 15 dhs. More expensive than Paul that is made fresh daily - never again !!!

Standard Great Costa quality, friendly staff. Branch is mainly serving nearby businesses area so most customers are spending short time so it’s easy to find a place, if no empty table is available. Just wait.
Tables quality is not good like all other branches. Top coat layer is lost so tables top surface quality is poor as in the photo.

Strong, bold coffee. All espresso-based. Very good selection of snacks to accompany the beverage menu. Chilled out atmosphere. Perfect place to get together and brainstorm.

To be honest I've always considered Costa as mediocre kind of cafe, their coffee always tastes ok, I never was amazed by any of their coffees or I felt that I was craving to go back for more, today I tried a new coffee they were promoting it looked nice in the picture but after I tried it I was still not amazed, same as before not amazing and not bad, just ok and to be honest it doesn't deserve that amount of money compared to the taste, I can get a regular coffee from any other store and pay less than half the price and I would be happier.

The coffee is very hit and miss depending on which outlet you go to. Some places, they get the coffee just right. Some places, the coffee is mediocre and bitter and some places, it's just downright undrinkable. I know where the good ones are so if I'm nearby, that's where I go or I just find another coffee shop.
