This branch have a lot of flies. It was not comfortable how the flies is all over your food or coffee. Also this branch should also be extra clean as it is attached to a hospital, and should install something to control the flies. Costa should pay attention on the hygiene and sanitation on this branch.

Lately , i have been going to COSTA coffee near canadian hospital (Abu Hail Branch). I am happy and satisfied with the staff services, hygiene, and environment.
Drink : Ice Spanish Latte + Cream (sprinkles) - Forgot the actual name
If you like sweet then this is good. The normal spanish latte is also nice , it is sweet but less compare this one since it doesn't have the cream and sprinkles. For any of you who likes coffee but having a love and hate relationship with he bitterness then this is a perfect choice.
Food : _______ pie ? (Again i forgot the name)
They suggested this and the taste is good , not mindblowing good though. If you order something bitter then this will be a good combination.

Highly recommend. I only popped in to get take-away latte and muffins as i was with my friend in the hospital, but I was struck by how friendly the service was “MESINZE” was so nice and kind that’s why i grabbed my friend when we finished the hospital to say Hi. Thanks for the great service. The latte was wonderful too! And very well priced.

worse service ever

setting more than half an hour and nobody bather himself to clean the table

the excuse is I am alone here today

I think the management should hire more staff to serve the customers in a better way

Connected to Canadian hospital at the same time have a seperate adjacent connection you can have great coffee with free WiFi

Beautiful peaceful ambiance,
place was clean.
Only thing is I bought mocha which 21dhs next day I was charged 19dhs for the same mocha
They didn’t provide a receipt also on the first day ...
Third day I was not having time so I ordered for the small cups I think it holds about 120ml or 150 they charged me 21dhs.
If u guys can explain me, i would be happy to visit again..
