This Costa branch is only open on weekdays. It's relatively cosy and efficient, and its strategically located to get customers throughout the day. Service wise they are OK - not the friendliest but also not the worst Costa I've been to.

I had their new blueberry bubble frappucino that came with bursting bluebery pearls. It was a smooth frappucino and quite well made. However, the drink by design was quite sweet and had a somewhat artificial blueberry taste though it wasn't too bad.

Costa Cafe at Golden Tower exceeded my expectations in every way. If you crave a bold coffee experience, the Iced Latte is an absolute must-try – its delightful bitterness is a flavor journey in itself. Pairing it with their delectable Italian bun elevated my visit. The café's warm ambiance, bathed in perfect sunlight, creates a serene environment that's perfect for laptop work or professional meetings. While it's not suitable for large gatherings due to its cozy size, it's an excellent spot for short waits or brief meet-ups. Located within the Golden Tower building, it caters to both convenience and quality.

Costa is accessible from the roundabout and from inside the building. The have many things to offer. Especially their desserts/sweets.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The service is super fast. I got my pastel de nata & coffee in 5 minutes or less.

The A/C doesn't seems to be working here. I'm sweating while I'm sitting inside.

AU tower in Cluster I, JLT is the worst Costa outlet. Staff were unprofessional with very slow service. Bought pastries and asked the staff to warm them up, only to be handed over to me still cold. They did not issue any invoice when asked for one, did not even provide transaction slip copy to customer for card payment. Staff confirmed they scanned the purchase for Costa app points. When asked again, they said system is down and cannot process the points. I was told to wait and then to come back at later time to get my purchase scanned and my points credited. I asked for invoice as proof of my purchase, for when I come back later. Staff said transaction was done and they could not retrieve or print the invoice. Very bad experience :( Hope the staff get training again on customer service etiquette and cashiering process.

Strategically located, perhaps not to everyone, but for people living or visiting JLT, it's definitely convenient. The staff are friendly, and a good barista. I can confidently say they're consistent.
