I wanted to rent an apartment through this company - I encountered rudeness and an absolute unwillingness to work, but they very insistently ask for money to pay. scammers, in a word.

The worst property management company.

никому не рекомендую эту компанию, не выполняет своих обязательств, чтоб сделать ejari пришлось скандалить, компания видите ли этим не занимается. заехали в виллу- газовая плита не подключена, на вопрос что делать- разбирайтесь сами ответили они, номер владельца дома они категорически не давали, пришлось узнавать его у застройщика damac. в общем- компания мягко говоря НЕ ОЧЕНЬ! ЕСЛИ НЕ ХОТИТЕ ТРАТИТЬ СВОИ НЕРВЫ НЕ СВЯЗЫВАЙТЕСЬ С НИМИ!!!

Одно разочарование… Агентство недвижимости "Cove Property Management" НЕ ОБРАЩАЙТЕСЬ К НИМ НИКОГДА! Столкнулись с "этой организацией" при покупке у них квартиры. При личной встрече представитель компании скрыла много информации о владельце квартиры! Предложила схему при оформлении документов. Ведут себя странно -отказываются от дополнительных соглашений к договору (задаток). Сделка сорвана - очень противный осадок. Будьте осторожны

Had 3 kids go to this school. They enjoyed it. Teachers are good and due to a new headteacher, standards are being raised.
