Nice Shisha and clean place, good service and friendly staff. Good place to watch football matches, the only down side is that I believe they are playing it over IPTV or something because there was a minute or two delay.

Its very fency place and we usually come here on weekends and enjoyed alot as their sheesha is good and food is also tasty but their menu is costly compared to the quantity of food and sometimes the service becomes slow.

Coziest place in Dubai that feels like home! They have everything you may need, food, shisha, drinks, you name it.
The prices are so affordable that will make you come everyday for a shisha or even a cup of tea with your friends.
I’ve been coming here for 2.5 years now with my friends and no matter how many other places/cafes we sometimes visit we always find ourselves coming back to cozy cabana cafe.
The staff are super friendly especially Hamoudi, Zain, Ali and Abu Shams for Shisha (he makes the best shisha mixes)

took too long for them to serve me a simple tea and cake. I could see it sitting on the counter and they didn’t serve it to me , there was no customers there but they were making themselves busy doing other things instead of serving me. They told me shisha is available after one hour but I saw them serve it to another customer BEFORE THEY EVEN SERVED MY TEA.

The best cafe ever in Dubai. The staff are very kind and cheerful they treat you like a family. Prices are very affordable

I am visiting Cozy cafe everyday since 6 years. Cozy cafe is great relaxing place where you can have the best sheesha ever, German sheesha and amazing blend of Tobacco by the master bu shams I always come to cozy Cafe to work or relax there , I love the cozy environment and I can got things done while smoking sheesha. Also, the staff are all friendly and nice. Specifically, the host person that you meet once you arrive is great and funny, and he has good customer service as well as he is quick to take care of customers needs.

I booked a table for Iftar
arrived 20 minutes only after Athan and surprised that most of plates were totally empty and they did not refill again, and the remain dishes were cold. In general food needs to be more tasty.
The drinks were kinds of sweetened bad tast juices with non of the known traditional drinks that usually find in Iftar buffets.
thy charged me 10 dirhams for 2 small buttles of water over the price they mentioned on there Facebook page while it is iftar buffet offer and it should be included in.
I feel like I wasted my money for such Iftar buffet and I don't think I will go there again
