Very clean hotel and extremely helpful staff. Stayed there for 3 weeks and it was a pleasure! The rooms were very clean, housekeeping came every day. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, always greeted with a smile and went the extra mile to make my stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. Well located with easy access to public transportation

Nothing wrong with this hotel, pleasantly surprised with it. We got put up here by the airline after being overbooked.

It’s a 8min walk from the Terminal or a £1.90 bus ride.

Comfortable beds, decent shower, good food at the restaurant. Friendly staff full of empathy for all the passengers’ nightmare stories. Breakfast included from 4:30am to accommodate passengers.

We have stayed here before so when we needed a place to stay again we have booked it without a second thought. The check in was smooth and the rooms is a good size. The bathrooms are a little tired but for one night it’s not an issue. The room and the bathroom were very clean so that’s great. The main issue we had this time round was the service in the restaurant. We were rushed to order and once we did get the food no one bothered to ask if we wanted another drink, we had to get them ourselves. The table was never cleared either so we did not get an offer of a pudding or a coffee. The service charge was then added to the bill which we asked to remove as there was no service as such. That seemed to have caused an issue and both the reception and restaurant staff struggled to sort it out. Once removed, the bill was still wrong. It took a while to sort out and rather than relaxing before the early morning flight the experience was a little stressful. The food and drink quality was fine.

Hotel location is a 10 min walk from the airport after arriving using the Dart. Front of house staff on duty when we arrived was very welcoming and helpful. He informed me I'd paid for room and breakfast but as our departure was before the restaurant opened for breakfast, he arranged for breakfast to go and collected fruit and pastries from reception when we checked out. Room was ready on time of our arrival at the hotel. Room clean and comfortable. Shower room had good quality towels and well stocked shower gel, shampoo etc. Evening meal was lovely and so too was the customer service. On check out we were going to walk to the airport, but the weather wasn't kind so reception called us a cab. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel and service very enjoyable overnight stay for start of holiday. We did unfortunately loose my sons teddy in the room. We went back a week later when back in the country. Staff were extra helpful in looking for it, unfortunately it was not handed in. But the staff were great. Would stay again if flying from Luton

We went for a dinner here with 4 people and it was lovely. We were served by Lester who was amazing. We were very wowed by the food. The portions were really good for the price, everything is well seasoned, fresh and tasy. We had calamari and chicken wings for starters, and fish and chips, and a chicken burger for mains. All was amazing but the calamari and the fish were especially good. The presentation of everything was also lovely. We will definitely be visiting the restaurant again.

For a hotel next to the airport, it was incredibly quiet with virtually no external noise. The room was clean and comfortable with a great bed and a good bathroom. Breakfast was included and the quality and range of choice was outstanding.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The room is reasonable and clean and the breakfast is good. A bus to the airport right in front of the hotel, which allows quick and easy access from the hotel to the airport.
