we have win 1 raffle something and they call us to get the gifts and then they informed us regarding 1 package we like it at that time they are very good. and we get 1 package under our budget, unfortunately we don't have job we loss our job and we request to give back our money we pay something since 3 month we are requesting but we are getting same answer waiting from management since 3 month these is not good at all how ever i have request we can continue after we get job but no response at all. really very bad service. and i am calling daily sending emails but no response they should not do these they have to answer very well they have to give attention to member ship holder

Not providing Services,Misleading Information and Unresolved Issues.
Please don't subscribe to the membership of #CROWNLINE.
I paid them for membership one year back. It was my biggest mistake. I tried to provide local activity passes and also international packages and discounted air tickets. Everytime they come up with new excuses.
Now they are asking to pay annual maintenance fees, which is neither mentioned in the contract nor disclosed at the time of agreement.
IF YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY BETTER GIVE IT AWAY AS CHARITY!!!.

Positive review are posted by their employees or are paid for it seems.
TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF MONEY.
Their co-ordinator Mr.Deepak is having a standard reply every time, i.e. "we have forwarded your email to booking department or management " and after that no action is taken. You will never get the agreed services paid for.

My name is Saad Id is CLT-DXB-1999.This company is fraud they charge money and dont give you the service. I paid them 10500 AED but the services is not provide by them other then that I have paid my wife travel ticket to them they failed to provide that ticket and after asking for the refund of the ticket amount they give extremely lame excuse to me and after 4 months still the amount is not refunded. If you ask them to book any hotel from the 21 days which they offered, It took atleast 2 months to them to book, Only they book when you constantly ask them to book like beggars every day.
World biggest fraud company. The staff Sunil is extremely illiterate and dont know the way to talk to customers and he is extremely big liar even after realizing that it is there company mistake. Krishna murti the biggest sales person fraud. Deepak who is on the customer care center biggest lame excuser who only know how to give false hope to the customer.
Be aware from this company.

The team is highly unprofessional and have no ethics on customer service. I do not recommend anyone to go on there promotional events. They called us on there promotional event promising Dow cruise voucher and travel voucher of 200 aed but after we attend there presentations for one hour , they never picked up our call and also not replying on emails.
So no Dow cruise voucher or travel discount, we get and no proper reply also . I never recommend anyone to go in there presentation and take there travel packages

Crownline fraud alert!
They provided me with sub standard bookings for the first year (after 2-3 months of struggle and follow ups). This year, did not provide any services at all and I had to book myself at the last minute. They have stopped responding to any mails or calls.

If you don't wanted to waste your money and time plz don't consider them they are scammers, just traping people with fake offers prizes and packages.
Once you pay them they will not response you.
They are doing fraud and stealing money from peoples in a modern, planned and decent way. #travelagencyscam

I got invitation today. This is the 3rd company am getting call and all of them are using same intro????,
1. Royal palm holidays fze
2. Royal cosmos holidays
3. Crown line international
4. Tba ????

The first two companies at least gave us small plates and invalid vouchers. But this company is really pathetic and utter waste. And a bunch of unprofessional people.

Its really sad that hearing lot of people lost their money. And every one should go and file complaint immediately before they vanish from UAE.

Any way Its really fun hearing lie when you know the truth????
