This is the first time i am taking time to write a google review because I ordered from custom factory for the first time and i was really amazed as they delivered the product in less than 4 hours also the product quality is really good… i ordered this set of 3 passport covers and it was a gift for someone also they really liked it… Thank you so much custom factory i will order for me as well very soon

My first experience was great!

I ordered in a short notice and the teams was very helpful and very attentive.
They provided the exact color i wanted in such a short time.. the note they wrote was in a beautiful handwriting and the delivery was excellent.

The passport and keychain were very cute!

Good quality product and amazing customer support!! I had ordered a passport cover from cf which was shown 4-5 working days as delivery due day. But upon my request, they had delivered the item within 3days was super excited! Appreciated for the quick response through whatsapp!! ????

This isn’t the first time that I’ve ordered from here and each time has been a great experience.
Not only do they accommodate your needs with great quality products, but also try their level best to keep customer satisfaction level highest. Though my order was last minute, they did everything possible to expedite the process when I expressed the urgency.
I’m extremely happy with the products, the service and it’s my definite go-to for gifting no matter what occasion!
