Thank you for going above and beyond on your service to get a Charlie Bear book to me in time for my friends birthday. Lovely friendly people on the phone.
The book arrived well packaged and I'm thrilled with it and I'm sure my friend will love it.
I would recommend them as a friendly reliable place to shop.

I found myself walking away annoyed today, I went to go in the shop but I was refused as I wasn’t wearing a mask I explained I couldn’t wear one and showed my medical exemption, to which the owner said he didn’t want me in his shop without a mask regardless of my exemption to wear one. To make it feel even worse he came and made sure the door shut behind me. It wasn’t till I walked away I thought I shouldn’t of been treated like that. I find it a shame because him and his wife have always been so lovely in the past, but this experience has put me off shopping there in the future.

Went with my daughter so she could make a bear. The price was much more reasonable than I expected and there was a good choice. The staff were really nice and very friendly, but what I was really impressed with were the last few finishing touches for your new bear which goes to making it that little bit more special.

Walking through Victoria Shopping Centre my attention was drawn to a small gathering outside a shop and, in my curiosity, I walked up to the shop and asked what were they celebrating. The owner told me that this was an annual gathering of friends who collect these teddies. The shop was packed from floor to ceiling with all kinds of teddy bears. This was a lovely encounter and really helped to make my day special.
