Mushtaq was unprofessional. They did a poor hair cut for my son, their team was not receptive of feedback and was rude to my son who was like any other kid moving a bit. They charged for a hair spray color without disclosing the price. It’s not the first time, for my husbands facial treatment in past he charged 300 without telling the price in advance.
Never going back there again!
Poor service and unprofessional!

Messed up w my hair. Instead of going there, you can cut your hair yourself. I had to wear cap now…

The guy was acting like he knew everything, and when done he just left the hair wet and just told me that’s done and I can go. Not even drying it out or comb it properly.
Bad service.

Great experience comes with affordable price. This was my first time got haircut here and it was good atmosphere owner created. Thanks to my barber, kinda nice guy but forgot to ask his name. Anyway you would know who I am, the guy with earphone on the right ear who visited on 8-Jan-21 12.30pm

Me and my girls are regular customers to this beauty salon. The place is cozy, staffs who are doing the treatmemt polite and friendly. The products are good also. However, very sad to see the manager is not having the right attitude. Did not respect the privacy of the customer when we are doing treatments, example..asking questions how to treat her new nail extensions to her staff who is doing manicure to the customer. Questioning her staff in front of the customer. We can see clearly the ambiance got effected because of this which very sad to see. Hope this will get better.

Tried out the JLT Cluster T branch this week. Possibly the worst men’s hair cut experience I’ve had in living memory. Shades of the 10dh Karama haircuts, in terms of standards. On second thought, not as good as the Karama cuts.

Cheap plastic bag used as customer body cover, no hair wash before or after cut, 90% of cut done by machine with zero regard for cutting hair in layers etc, no gel or mousse etc at the end … all over in under 15 minutes. Not even a mirror for you to see how the cut at the back of the head looks. No regard to safety, dirty floors, had to remind staff to wear masks, no gloves etc.

Huge disappointment; will certainly not return (to this or any other Cutting Edge branch). Sorry!

Recently joined this surgery. Their embrace of technology really makes a difference. The ability to describe standard ailments online and receive remote services in a very speedy manner is revolutionary. Well done Kenmore!

Fabulous surgery. I completed the online form at 9am and was in seeing the Doctor at 3. Very friendly, supportive and caring. Wonderful. All the staff were helpful.

I filled in online form at 8 and was in the surgery at 10.30. Brilliant service and wonderful staff. Care has never wavered over the 20 years I have been registered.

Just one member of the receptionist team or care navigators are extremely difficult to deal with, and highly resistant to any requests, actually contradicting what other team members have said. All other team members are helpful and understanding.

I can't fault the service and care received from all the team at Kenmore. The on-line consulting system works extremely well and the speed of response is excellent. Highly recommend.

Customer service is excellent with great communications, I have been a patient for twenty years.
I always found every member of staff amazing helpful, with brilliant empathy. The new nurse who did my bloods this week was fantastic. Keep up the great work in our Wilmslow community.***** five stars service every time

I really love this medical practice. Whenever I call up, I always get an appointment and they are especially good with getting my 1 year old seen straight away! Yesterday I spoke to Dr Ghaffer in the morning. She then saw me immediately, referred me and I had my referral appointment booked by the end of the day!!! I then spoke to the receptionist who sorted out my blood tests immediately (despite me not having much time available!). Brilliant service ???? Thank you!

I have one criticism and that is new booking system. When you are not well it is last thing you want going on web site and do online booking. You have to answer questions which sometimes you have no idea what to say. I personally want to ring and book appointment. We are loosing personal touch. I wasn't keen before on booking appointments online, but it was easy - logged in and book appointment no questions asked.
I though we will return back to have in person appointments after COVID as I know somebody who needs to visit doctors but will not speak with anyone on phone. But it looks like we still can't avoid telephone appointments.
Surgery has helpful doctors and nurses if you are lucky to get appointment.
