Loving place. You enjoy activities for free. Skateboard, rollers skating, inline skating, basket ball, exercise area, canal view, nice and high class restaurant. The place is well planned and unique, also called the blocks because of the huge decoration blocks around the area. Washroom and water is available. Also there is 24/7 security presence at the area so nothing goes wrong. Plan to visit the area and you will surely enjoy either by engaging in different activities or just watching. Not forgetting it's suitable for kids too and there is parking ????️ but not free????.

Go to kite beach
Amazing place to skate but security is annoying. Went there for 6:30 am to rollerskate and within minutes the guard told me I can only skate in the bowl but not near the basketball court. I wanted to just skate on a flat surface but he kept harassing me telling me I cant skate near the court. Keep in mine Im the only one there and where I pointed out that the circuit area is uneven I dont want to skate up or down an incline. He was not supportive and kept telling me I cant skate here. What’s the point of having a beautiful skating area if it’s restricted to advanced skaters. Such a waste. Its better to go to kite beach.

Nice skate park along the Creek and Near design district. You can go to D3 parking and start from there.

Park is at nice plase with wonderful view at the Creek. Elements are fine but missing fine tune.
Anyhow, park management decided to follow new trend in Dubai to prohibit bikes in skate parks.
I was kindly informed by the security on new rules.
Management should first understand the matter prior to start managing.
Disappointed...
