The worst building ever, every week past control is carried out along with the fire alarm. I don’t remember last time when I could sleep calmly. Water leaks, flooding each apartment. On top of that no support form LOMAS care, DAMMAC and the building Managment.

Reported many issues- until now it has not been resolved.

Switched off the parking card system, almost all of the residents in the apartment can not access the building now by using their cards instead they are waiting for security to come And open the gates.

On top of that asked to register on the app which does not work and being “fixed since 2 weeks”

No help, no knowledge and terrible experience.

I can’t remember the last time I slept without interruption dur to the fire alarm testing

It’s so bad here.
You must think about staying here a lot!
Water leaks is crazy , AC issues , parking issues, and I can’t tell how much more it’s so bad that I only come rarely here and I have seen it all.
Worst building I have ever been in to.

Update: Do not rent on the 15th floor . They will rip u off with the security deposit, claiming that you have to pay 2 years worth of chiller fees that were never informed about or billed.

Overpriced for the services and facilities. I regret renting a one bedroom here. There’s a constant shortage in water supply and the garage entrance is too small that it scratched the front of my car several times and probably most of the residents as well. When I tried to contact Damac management, they always referred me to some other department and no one really helped in resolving the water pressure issue or the garage. On top of that, the AC filters are of low quality, the house is always dusty. Poor engineering quality of the building. I would give it a zero if there was an option. I cannot even contact the owner to cancel the contract. I rented in Emaar previously and honestly what a huge difference. I miss Emaar’s quality of service!

The whole AC system is messed up and it pulls all the dust and flies from outside to the apartments.. Water leakage everywhere.. Horrible management and equally lazy workers..
