Good place to rent an office space. Offers all the amenities for the office staff, located right across the canal so you can enjoy the walk @ Canal. Washrooms are common but still very neat & clean. Security staff is very cooperative. Wonderful Tower for companies who wants to setup offices in low budget with great fesilities. Couple of pictures attached from the canal walk (Day & Night view) which is right behind the tower.

Look at the bathrooms, lift service and common areas of this building, do you think its luxury? Facilities management is very poor.

Parking is not free for visitors we have to pay 5aed to secuirty for parking.

Terrible facilities. Toilets stink. Some floors have had no refurb for years. Some still have ceiling open. FM / PM company does little to nothing. We are moving out.

Business Tower is a striking 22-storey building constructed in direct response to the path of the sun as it moves around the building. This allows maximum natural light into the offices, whilst an exterior layer of translucent screen and solar shading keeps away harsh glares and gives soft filtered light.

Floor plans are arranged to be as flexible as possible and can easily be subdivided depending upon requirements. High ceilings enhance the feeling of space and allow for cross ventilation.

Facilities include a meeting hall with full conference facilities and a banqueting hall. There is also a host of leisure facilities, such as a swimming pool, jogging track, gymnasium with steam rooms and saunas along with a stunning rooftop terrace overlooking the prestigious neighbourhood.
