Worst customer service ever, been in contact for over three months to get tawtheeq for the my tenant, no follow up what’s so ever, logged request in damac living app, no one ever answered or processed the request, contacted the lousy what’s app chat service and they do is say that they talked to the concerned department and it’s under process, they just close requests and queries without resolving customer issues, then you have to start from scratch into that endless cycle. Avoid buying anything from this company, worst after sale experience.

I rented an apartment in Golf Promenade through Damac Leasing, they met us from the very beginning, everything was very fast and at the highest level, starting from the viewing of apartment options and ending with free maintenance services included.
Move out was very fast, all instructions were sent by email and their team answered all additional questions
The deposit was returned without any charges and faster than the indicated time
I really don't understand the review comments because everything was very smooth and I would gladly use their services again, it's definitely better than an unknown landlord

Yameen was extremely helpful in the whole leasing process. He prioritized work before his vacation and ensured that the word given to the client was fulfilled on time.

Don't even Think of renting in this development particularly the buildings or townhouses. Damac has an in-house manager who is Mismanaging the development and spending the community charges on unneeded and useless gimmicks. The construction is Shoddy and the oversight by Damac or RERA is absent.

Poor customer service, they close the claim without any callback or action, I requested a call from the HSE responsible since 2021, no reply till now, I guess this company don’t have quality & HSE system which explain the bad reputation in Dubai.

If any business school wants to do a write up on what not to do for a property leasing company, this is a good case study to consider.

Terrible customer service as they seem to work on a mode of keep on ignoring problems and complaints until the tenants give up.

Landlords, investors and future tenants - avoid no matter how tempting the pricing or incentives they may give. The time and effort and emotional drain dealing with Damac leasing is not worth it. Plenty of other places to rent than here.

Absolutely appalling customer service. If you rent any of their units, the leasing office at Damac Hills ignores calls, doesn’t follow up on issues and complaints, lies directly to you when confronted and blames the company in which they work. Highly unprofessional. I don’t give negative reviews normally, but my frustration coupled with a year of trying to communicate with them leaves me no choice.
Two stars - one for the fact that the property itself is airy and beautiful and one because they contract their services to decent enough companies who do communicate and resolve matters.
If you’re thinking of renting directly from them I have two words to match my two stars - DO NOT.
