The mall isn’t bad, it basically has ( well not everything) most of the basic things the residents of Damac hills 2 needs. There are few dine in restaurants, carrefour shopping market, both male & female salons, a gym and dry cleaners services. It also has an open space movie theatre just by the car park, there are scheduled days & time for movies.

Newly open this kids playing Corner "M&M's".
This is a best & beautiful place in Akoya oxygen.
As a human being needed all facility are here.

A wonderful community. It’s complimented with all required services. It was a gym, barber, butcher, clinic, supermarket, and a few restaurants. It’s only issue is that it is a bit far from the city and it’s difficult to go to and come back from without a car.

Provides almost all the basic necessities however far from a mall experience. There are lot of shops under development and unoccupied so hope to see more shopping options coming up in future.

One of the best community I have seen, regardless some people says it's far away but if you compare the Aminities it has more than people expect.

Lazy River
Water slides
Wave pool (Malibu)

Car Racing.
Plus the Prices for Villas are Lower than expected. It's very very reasonable, It's worth it.

Community mall developed by DAMAC for the residents in this community. A Carrefour super market and other dining options are available.
