Update July, 2021 :- beside the fact that things started to break down I.e external paint, “AC’s”, water generator, etc. within 2-3 years. The building in the pictures still there and No response or any intend to address this issue, it simply doesn’t matter at all to them so far. If you complain, DAMAC Hills management and LOMAS will contact you with an unprofessional attitude if they contact you. Very none customer centric community management attitude. Very bad services and unacceptable attitude by their agents/management.
My advice to investors or anyone thinking to buy in DAMAC hills DON’T! Stop, Think, then reconsider until at least the “at your service”, post-sales and LOAMS teams are re-engineered to reflect DAMAC Strategy and values toward customers.
For now, consider buying in Dubai Hills or an EMAAR Project, you will get community center, customer service and the quality of living they promise.
Advice to DAMAC from a customer, you should seriously consider HR Re-engineering of the Human Capital. ensure a low risk multinational diversity and/or invest heavier in local Emirate national Employment.
2019 Update: Any green area they sell your villa next to will be built after you buy as extra houses or a prayer room with low standards like pictures. What a luxury way of living.
2018 review:- Good residential project. However, misses shops, schools any other facilities. Expected to be great by 2020

Very nice safety & security.
Facilities management is also good.
A very beautiful golf course is also there.
