We got a free upgrade upon arrival which made us stay in a spacious room which was also well equipped and very clean. All the staff was as friendly as possible and nothing was too much too ask.

Location of the hotel is great, walking distance of Dubai Mall and Burj Khalife. It was a bit too cold and windy to make use of the pool, but seen from my room, it did look very tempting. If going back, I would definitely consider staying here again!

I always feel safe, secured, relax and happy everytime I stayed in this hotel.. The staffs are very helpful from hsk to eng'g. Ramy from the reception made my day. A very polite and professional staff. He anticipate all the guest needs and he make sure that my stay will be perfectly amazing. Salute to this man.

Wonderful hotel 15 minutes from dubai mall, the service is superb thanks to Mr Devaiah , manager of the restaurant for welcoming us every morning for breakfast and took care of us on the best possible level.The pools are amazing, and the best thing it is a quit hotel just very near the center of everything!!!

I visited a relative there and found her appartment dusty. For her good luck her assistant was with them to take care for place hygiene

Excellent hotel apartment and service.Canal view is nice. Friendly staff.I would highly recommend for families who is looking to stay couple of days in Dubai.Spacious rooms , hygienic,good ambience.

Amazing but when checking in. It took 1 hour to clean the room and I was so tired from my flight while waiting.

Good value for money, staf are friendly especially Deveih at breakfast restaurant, he is very friendly and welcoming.
