All beautiful DAMAC service ends after they sold you an apartment.
If you still have obligations to pay by installments, you begin to feel like you are in a dense forest. Managers are lost (they need to sell further), and you are left alone with a rotten and non-functioning DAMAC LIVING application.
The application is the cheapest, constantly lags, requires updates, it has a complete lack of feedback, and only an answering machine answers in WhatsApp. Total ignore from the "largest developer". In general, the application was made for visibility, in fact it is sending customers to hell. And they closed Email for prompt resolution of issues. Most of all, this is reminiscent of the scammers of Emitratov developers for big money.

NOT A SINGLE QUESTION IS PROMPTLY RESOLVED. You go out of your way and get out of your skin to find some answers.

As for construction:
All facilities are promised to be completed on time. However, all their new construction sites have stood and are still standing, so far nothing has grown in a year, somewhere there is a lonely concrete mixer, and somewhere there is a rusting manipulator. This does not prevent Damac from organizing exclusive sales of new top dream properties. In Russia, the notorious PIK and MR Group build a frame in a year, and people raise at least 15% per annum. And these comrades have one concrete mixer, one beautiful but non-working application, a number of new objects on paper, and millions from investors. In short, bring money to Damac if you want such wonderful service.

I bought an apartment with Damac Properties as of 22.11.2022. Till today (2 months later!!!) the handover is delayed with nonsense excuses. Even though this unit is legally mine, Damac refuses access and the title deed. This leads to delays in visa procedures and additional costs for hotels, let alone the frustration about this unlawful behavior.
The shiny presentations of the sales team are great. But big talk, no delivery. Never Damac again.

The procedures for selling the residential unit are very complex and long. It takes about a month to obtain a no-objection certificate.. Please simplify the procedures, such as Emaar Real Estate Company

Terrible management worst building I have ever seen.
I really never seen something as horrible as this, a one star motel would have better service and here we paying alooot!
