Stunning place, perfect to be at one with nature, and the crematorium is very spacious and light which makes it feel like more a celebration of life. Scott was so helpful showing us around and organising, couldn't recommend any higher.

A beautifully idyllic resting place, one that happened to be chosen by my mam earlier in the year. And while we never expected to require their services so quickly, Laura and the team were completely professional and compassionate when the funeral director got in touch with them for us.
Incidentally this place also happens to be the closest crematorium to the Northumberland/Scotland border, the next one down being Blyth which is sometimes difficult to get a close date for, whereas the one here saw to us withink a week and a half.

I have no hesitation in recommending Northumbrian Woodland Burials. When our beloved pet died we couldn't bear the idea of cremation. As she died at home we had to bury her on the same day. Scott was incredibly helpful, sensitive and responsive to our family's needs. Our lovely Coco is now buried under beautiful trees beside other much loved pets and that is incredibly comforting. Thank you Scott and Laura for looking after us all on a very difficult day.

Our Dad is buried here and a year on we are so pleased we chose this place. Scott made a difficult day run so smoothly and we have visited regularly since. The graves are all individual with elegant markings and words and were coated in spring flowers earlier in the year. The bench makes the perfect place to sit, in the lush meadow with frequent visiting wildlife, with space aplenty for quiet thoughts, while the trees mature beautifully.

Lovely place to bury my beloved husband. Scott and Laura helped me all the way through this very difficult time with compassion and much needed support. I visit on a regular basis and the burial ground gets better and better every year. Now got two of my dogs there and I have also made sure my family know I want to be there when my time comes.

So glad I found this place. It fulfilled my Dads final wishes perfectly. Everything was perfect and that is all credit to Scott and Laura who were amazing. I would highly recommend NWB

My mum asked for a woodland burial and she couldn't have got a better or more professionally organised one. Laura had things so well run and Mum is now surrounded by the beautiful Northumbrian countryside that she loved so much. Thanks to all there especially Sam the redoubtable pony - make sure you bring him some polos!
