We were given a free ticket by an agent.
We went expecting the worst due to other bad reviews on Google. So we decided to have a lovely dinner at the Radisoon blu hotel across the road first - also because we missed the first boat at 6.30pm and we were hungry.
2nd Boat finally departed at 9.20pm (later than scheduled). It was a lovely evening and our last one in Dubai. We were relaxed and didn’t eat the food, just had water and Coke and watched the dancer perform. Best views are at the top of the boat. Overall- a nice evening out with family.

The worst experiences ever, (Don’t go even if it was free) every thing is so bad, jumping in the water is not a bad idea, the staff are unprofessional to the max, we stopped in the middle of the water 2 times for more people to join, they send some people in small batches by a smaller boat, and we have to stop to get them up, that happened 2 times, I don’t know what to say and what not to say,
1- The music was so loud you can feel your ears vibrate, there is a limit were you won’t be able to understand the lyrics, it exceeded that limit it’s more like you don’t know what instrument is playing anymore.
2- The AC was not working your Ba*** drips waterfalls.
3- The boat delayed for more than 30 minutes.
4- They didn’t get to 2 hours in see, but to be honest, I can’t complain, I just wanted the thing to finish from the first minute.
5- The cheap balloons kept popping every second and that was disturbing
6- They kept a person in the buffet to put for you a small portion of some kinds of food
7- The cups were unclean there were some black dirt smudge
8- One of the staff was on the top floor on the phone from the beginning of the trip until the end of it talking on speaker and laughing loudly, and whatever you asked him he will say “I can’t” or “talk to my manager”
I know you think I’m exaggerating, trust me, I’m not, and this is only a few things

Wish I could give less than one star. It is a cruise with Buffet all inclusive. Never seen someone put food himself in your plate so that the client doesn’t put extra of his choice. Like you are in jail or shelter. Poor management. Over crowded. Won’t recommend even in my sleep.

We could have payed the money, but we would never go here because they work together with people from the airport and scam you into paying a normal price after wasting 1 and a half hours. To add to this the food is just basic so might as well go to McDonalds. Do not come here if you get a deal from Iconiks. It’s a shame that there’s such scams in a Muslim country. The guys at the airport try to butter you and give you a free deal, do not fall for it.

Never come to this Restaurant. As soon as we got on the Cruise, We saw that the deck’s Floor was totally damaged, The wooden planks were damaged.

We sat down, the Seat was super uncomfortable . We were served a Disgusting Mango flavoured drink.
The water we were given was Bitter. The Cruise was suppose to leave at 6:30 PM, but it left at 7:05 PM.

The only thing good in this Cruise was the Dance and the view.

We went to grab ourselves food. The Chicken curry was not smooth at all like it should be, the gravy wasn’t grinded properly and had a weird flavour, the Curry was overwhelmed by the large amounts of spices and the curry’s flavour was lost. The chicken in the curry was pink and raw and it was super hard.

They had Flavourless rice with only colour in them and the fish nuggets was soggy, the Fish nugget pieces were very small and they only let 1 person have 2. There were only 2 choices in dessert and both of them tasted weird. The food itself was disgusting and it was super Below-Average.

The only thing that kept me from screaming at the management was the view and the dancer. We spent 150 dirhams in which you can have delicious food. It is a waste of money and no one should ever come here. If you truly wanna come , please bring your own food.

Horrible experience....
We went as a couple.
They should be leaving at 6.30 but it took almost 1 hour late. Despite being late, the food sucks, worst taste and worst buffet. Within 30 mins they said that chicken and other items are finished and there was unlimited buffet. Never recommend this place. I would have given 0 star if it was possible.

I had a great time on this cruise. I went on a Wednesday night. There was a 35aed deal on DoJoin App. The entertainment was great. The staff was nice. The bathroom was clean. The food was good as well. It was true buffet style and you could go back for more. It was very nice and smooth trip. They played good music and the customer service was great as well. I would suggest going on a week day vs a weekend for the best service and low traffic.

We got a combo on "greatdeals" , we have seen the reviews after the purchase and we where not expecting too much, but it was really great value for the money paid. Not sure what others paid, but 2 hour Cruising with great people serving us, it was worth it. We also had buffet dinner, not all on our taste but we had choose what we liked and we had plenty off food. Thank you
