Recently opened in front of Ghoroob community , has all typical Indian food stuff. Needs attention on arranging the stuff, otherwise ok.

They steal from you, don't deliver half the order then argue with you. Cancel items without calling or asking, then delivery man comes and pretends he doesn't speak English. You call the shop and 3 people speak to you in some other language, cannot answer any questions. Had to keep sending the delivery guy back because he brought eggs that were a lot cheaper than the one's we ordered, obviously no refund. Raspberries were 120g when I ordered 170g, no refund. Some items completely missing and the shop keepers and deliverers not knowing why or what. Refund for 1 item done in cash (?). Robbery and should be reported to the police. This is illegal especially cash refunds.
Upd: they came an hour later saying they couldn't find cottage cheese st carrefour and brought something weird in their hands (2 men) and also some weird gift in Danat box (oman chips, used cup etc). I am still very confused as to why they buy from carrefour and charge more.
Upd2: they came to our house again asking to change the rating on the next day

Terrible customer service!! Knowing they very near to our place so I ordered to them expect fast way for delivery since and by the name of store it’s called “danat EXPRESS “ it’s was completely the apposite. Takes tooooo long for delivery like I ordered from Abu Dhabi. I should give no star but I need to put one to able to able to put reviews anyways sharing my reviews.✨

Thy have a terrible delivery Service and rude delivery man. Never again ( it is your loss) you lost a costumer or more.

Fast and convenient for small and urgent stuff. You can find almost anything... They deliver to mirdif and the come to you in the car if you like.
