I went to this flower shop thinking they are professionals.
I wanted to order a very simple bouquet and a buotonnière/bottonhole in advance for the next week.
In the shop there were 4 workers didn't even say hello to me.
When I explained what I need they had no idea what I was talking about and completely seemed that they don't really care about it anyway.
When I was asking simple questions they didn't know the answer.
I left the shop super disappointed and probably never gonna go back there.

I ordered 2 bouquet’s of flowers for Valentine’s Day. They confirmed that it will be ready. When I arrived there, not only was it not ready, they also made the wrong bouquet after confirming on whatsapp. Adam was terrible and they show no remorse for customer service. I told them I’d pay more for a bigger bouquet which they actually made smaller. I waited about 30 minutes and was late for our dinner reservation.

Terrible service waited in over 5 hours for delivery!!!!! Disgrace service why ask customer which time they would like delivery for if you can’t arrive on time!!!! This is absolutely worst company. Very expensive aswell, there is so many other flower shops that offer nicer flowers for a fraction of price. Don’t waste your money
