I highly recommend this company. The team arrived on time, and they explained the work step by step and they even did a test for my mattress to explain how the cleaning works. Very good job at the end????????????????????

Overall experienced was excellent. The customer service who assisted me named Princess was accommodating and knowledgeable. We had mattress and curtains cleaning in the bedroom last week. And since we were satisfied on the services they provided, we booked for tomorrow another cleaning services. Thanks again to John and Joemar who did the great job. Kudos! They came on time, no hassle in finding the location, polite, professional and quality of services.

The team did a great job in cleaning our sofas, carpet and curtains. Jomar, Leo and John arrived on time and informed me of their cleaning process & the cleaning agents they will be using. They were very efficient, thorough and pleasant to deal with. Princess from reception was also very clear, well informed and quick to respond to my queries.

We used their services for furniture shampooing, sanitizing and dry cleaning. The staff arrived on time, they were courteous and did a wonderful job. The cleaning liquids used had mild and pleasing fragrance. We’re very satisfied with their work.

Amazing service from the moment I booked. Princess was so professional and accommodating. Carlito, Hassan and Joemar who came to clean my sofa were very professional and careful inside my home. The results are just remarkable and I will definitely be using the service again. I feel like I have a new sofa!

The team were very professional , fast and clean.
Both , sofá and carpet end up perfect .
For sure will use the service again.

I supposed to give 5 stars in terms of the services rendered here in Abu Dhabi, back in December 2021, however, when we called last week for the services we are requesting, the representative I have spoken to, didn't call us back for the finalisation of schedule and seems to lack of customer service skills. It was disappointing as the representative who used to assist us named Princess was accommodating, knowledgeable and proactive to attend the needs of the customers. Sadly, she is on vacation. THE SERVICES were rated as 5 STARS, but the customer service assistance was 2 STARS, he is not rude, but lacking of customer service assistance.

I completely recommend Danube services, I booked for sofa deep cleaning , I had tried other services as I had tough stains ,I was really happy with the results , they did the job in no time and stains were gone ! Also they left it very dry compared to other companies! Definitely using them always !
