Liked: Fabulous site for a get away from everything holiday. Plenty of electric points with 16amps. Very welcoming. Lovely walking with dogs. Plenty of space for children to play. Lauches for paddle boarding. Facilities available at the marina office that are cleaned daily. Lovely village with pubs doing great food. Owners are installing showers and toilets. Every site is what you make it. Lovely for groups. Will be returning. Thanks for a lovely time xx

Disliked: Not a dislike but bad signal not just on the site but in the area.

As far as boats can go up the river Chet. Mooring facilities with mains power & water available. Toilets + showers with debit/credit card entry. Car park with 2 hours free parking then up to £4 for the rest of the day.
Fishing G is consistently good, impriving towards the winter. Roach, Bream (+ hybrids) & Perch being the main quarry.
Shops up the main street for 'provisions'. Worth trying the local pubs, too.

Liked: Perfect location, great village with everything you need. Nice pubs with good food. Good takeaway's all within a 5 minute walk. Nice walks.

Disliked: The toilet block is (currently at the marina) dated BUT they are building a new one. Possibly put in some hard standing level pitches ? A tidy up of the marina itself wouldn't go a miss as it currently looks like a scrap yard.

Really lovely marina & campsite. Felt very relaxed & the guys are really friendly & helpful. There's also bus routes to Norwich & Lowestoft which is very handy. No complaints & looking forward to visiting again soon.

Lovely place to moor a boat. Moorings are well kept, except on this occassion there is a build up of weeds on the tow path which needs tidying. Showers are nice, eas.y access via a debit card. Slopes make the area wheelchair accessable. Short walk to shops and places to eat or order a takeaway

Liked: Nice view of marina from top of field. Close by shops.pubs.takeaways. all just outside camp. Electric boxes around edge of camp now. It's good if you want a close pub. Will go back again when block built

Disliked: Only toilet and shower at marina very dated. But they have now got planning permission to build a block. Unlevel ground field on a slope. Kids play ball games, drinks got knock over a few times from table, hitting caravans and cars. I think should be no ball games as park up the road?. Tent and next 2 caravans drinking heavily arguing with partners up to 2.30am and again at 3.30am lots of banging of doors too. Children sounded scared. Got no sleep. All people on camp heard it and its no noise from 11pm till 7am. Chemical and toilet waste area not very good and blocked.

Liked: The amenities were close to the site.
Dog walk along the river Chet, short but nice.

Disliked: Very uneven ground, not very well maintained. Mobile phone signal very poor and no WiFi.
Chemical waste constantly blocked and over flowing and I had to personally myself find a branch to unblock it, as other campers had to do the same, after reporting the situation to the office, a young lad didn't have a clue what to do.

Liked: Lovely village and marina easily accessible, shops and restaurants.

Disliked: No proper pitches marked out. Unlevel sloping pitches. One toilet, showers token 1.50 which we knew. Working boatyard behind us, untidy.
Would not stay again.
No WiFi.
