Doesn’t matter when we go in there are never enough people working the tills. The store is so messy looking all the time. Recently have found fruit and veg either already rotting or close to be off on sale and several items on the shelves that are past their dates.

I've found on many occasions that having different colour skin than the person serving you here at this branch makes some staff treat you differently.... it is apparent in the way they speak with other customers of the same colour as them but when it comes to serving a person of different colour/ background there is an issue, the same customer service is not provided, such a shame we live amongst such an ignorant society.
Don't get me wrong, most members of staff provide excellent customer service here but others not so much.... I couldn't have such ignorant people working in my business.

Definitely the best place to shop in Chippenham. Handy having Argos in store, click and collect service is great and easy to use. I always use Smartshop which works really well. The Nectar offers both the personal offers and the general offers are a bonus. Best time to go is late afternoon when the store is less busy. Really like the in store biscuits, very tasty and sometimes on offer!

Went to the cafe; was nice enough. My bacon brioche roll was nice but the roll was a bit overdone, and the staff don't offer sauces and don't seem to be around to ask after receiving food

Some of the staff need training to know how to take responsibility for a customer query . Too many times I've asked if they stock a particular item to be told I don't know. Its overpriced in there but they do have good quality fruit and veg

Went to try out new restaurant, needn't of bothered. It took ages to get served. They weren't serving lunchtime menu even though it was 15min into that period. Finally ordered some food. Took 40 mins before food arrived. I'd ordered a big full English breakfast lol, no toast, no mushrooms or tomatoes! The bacon ???? rashers, well I needed a magnifying glass ???? to see them. Absolutely appalling won't be troubling this place again, probably close again if it continues like this.

Well stocked, clean and presentable example of a Sainsburys. Ample parking always with two entrances/exits. Lots of selections to choose from. Staff generally very pleasant and happy to help.
