Moved in just recently and so far having a good impression about the building. It is quite, clean and modern.

Really nice roof top area with a swimming pool. However, the gym is quite small and lacking on some cardio machines. I'd say it's more for a cross-fit training, so adding few more machines or at least a simple treadmill would definitely improve it a lot.

A very, very bad experience and a brutal way of dealing with customers. When I went, they asked me to pay the money in advance, to stop completing my services, and this is strange, the first time I encountered something like this.

I can comfortably say that this is one of the best buildings in Dubai in terms of design and price range. There are some questionable choices with the columns extending in the bedrooms and the living room but however what convinced me with the price range is the bathrooms - I s.. ehem, joke you not modern nice finishing European style bathrooms where you don’t feel like you’re stepping into sand covered cave of Aladdin which seems to be the norm here more often than not.

Plus there’s a nice gym and pool on the top floor and hopefully soon to open Cinema Room. Also they had one of the best check-in procedures with everything being photographed even scratches on the windows - I may get overly detailed at times, considering how many times my previous landlords came up with excuses not to give my deposit back when I moved out. ie. Oooh a single grass is missing in the 300 sqm garden hence you ruined the garden. Sounds familiar? I thought so.

I live there so in case anything comes up this is getting amended ???? So yeah we need more party people - move in.

Best place to live in, MOE and Lulu accessable within 5 minutes, security and Servu support team rocks.. one draw back most of the time you will find traffic

I went today to see the flat and the promoter there show me the same flat in the advertisement and he told me it cost 45000 i told him no they write 40000 he then he said that its only for show from the management we have another one which is cost 40000 and then i said how come they put 40000 he told me this is only advertising , this is really cheating the customer if you put flat for rent you have to put the real price cause you already put each single details so for what you show at the website flat and price and in realistic this price for another one
