I am very disappointed to use this service.When buying, you are guaranteed that the diamond will not fall off. I've asked the staff several times. and confirmed that it is guaranteed.But when I bought it, I remember wearing it 2 times, going to a friend's birthday party and having dinner with my boyfriend, 3 diamonds fell off.The shop will repair it, but I insist on selling it back because if I go back to the country and the diamond is loose, what should I do? But the shop deducts a lot of money. The staff is demeaning, rude and pointing at me.the staf said to me will call the police if i talk to much.There is only one finger pointing at my face, but don't forget that the other 4 Finger pointing in your direction. this kind of behavior very disgusted face tell about your familyand who u are.dont think I foreigner and i can't talk ur gold it's Poor quality...i can never come here to buy again.

Fake gold, the gold I bought was magnetic. You can see the different coloured metals in the picture and what appears to be darker metal inside parts of the "gold".

Rude and unprofessional staff. My husband messaged the store to see if they have what we wanted. They never answered properly. He then called the store and the staff hung up on my husband! I have never seen such careless and outrageous behaviour from a business. They should learn some manners and customer service, since it is the customer who has the power to keep their business alive. Business 101.

These people are the number one cheaters. I took goods worth 18640 dirhams from these people and they didn't give me proper invoice due to which i didn't get free tax benefit at airport, in which i lost at least 887.62 dirhams.

These people should help the tourist, guide them well that this work can be done like this and you will get these benefits in it.
And after seven to eight days when my husband went to Dubai, I told him all this. He said, I went to the shop and talked about it, he further said that we have already given you this price after the discount.

So my friends, this is my advice to you guys that Dubai is very nice and people are also good, no doubt about it but because of some people like this we can't call whole Dubai wrong, please visit the shops But not on this one which I would not recommend at all.

Don't know how people in Dubai complain to such shopkeeper, but in Europe there is a system that every shopkeeper has his own complaint book on which you can complain and if he does not give you complaint book then you can complain online. and I had no way about it. That's why I am posting a comment here, so that you guys can know about them.

This is the shop I love the most. I bought a beautiful bangle, finger rings for my mother and for myself as well. They really have beautiful collection. I love their designs. Hussain, their sales excecutive was really good to us and really helped us choose the best pieces of jewellery. It's been a lot of times I have visited them and will be on my list always.

Terrible service. Bought a chain from them that has broke 3 times. They refused to provide a new one and made me pay an additional amount for a new one. Unfriendly staff and unpleasant experience - do not recommend.

I have been buying from Darya for over 2 years now. It's the only gold place I recommend in Dubai. Not hard selling or hassling, excellent stock, great quality and super customer service! For serious gold lovers and investors, this is the place to go.
