Amazing experience, the crew is really kind and the jet skis are so good, you are feeling like you are flying. They take pictures in front of Burj al Arab also. 10/10

Azib from the team gave us a horrible experience. We paid the deposit and 2 days later we receive a call that other people booked the yacht and he will cancel our booking. He manipulated us to pay the deposit and then wanted to move us around. I highly recommend to stay away from this company.

Probably this is the worst yacht service i've ever had,
Staff are extremely unhelpful with very bad attitude,

Today marks 28th of march we've rented a yacht from marina gate U, after arrangements and discussion we've had to pay 1200 aed for yacht rental and fishing trip for 3 hours. The company has and staff has no flexibility in timings, the yacht was poorly prepared , the fishing equipments and gear are even worse, and the staff was completly useless, i would this might the worst yacht service to exist in dubai an i won't recommend to anyone, for your own pleasure and sake. In below i will describe the overall service in details:

Yacht condition: ⚫⚫⚫⚫⚪
Staff behavior: ⚪⚪⚪⚪⚪
Fishing gear: ⚫⚪⚪⚪⚪
Beverage quality: ⚫⚪⚪⚪⚪

Again to say this, this not the first time i've rented yacht in dubai , but certainly this will be the last time i rent from these guys.

This was the worst experience ever with yachts booking in dubai.
After all confirmations of booking and just before two days of the trip, they cancel with such fake arguments.!
Without affording any other bigger or smaller alternative boat.
So wierd.

Booked for 10:30. Arrived at 10:00 and just got the Jet Ski after 11:40. Also, they don't answer emails.

But, the guide was great and the Jet Ski well maintained and really fast.

Excellent all staff is very hospitality.
They are so amazing and it was good and great experienced.

Real gem of a place. Great club for all the family. Live music regularly and very reasonably priced drinks. Friendly staff.

Lovely venue, great function room, reasonably priced bar. Shame they never stock Prosecco with so many people drinking it.
Very strict on times. Bar shut 11. Party stops 11.30.
Very easy to book, friendly staff.
