Prices are good. A huge variety is also there. But be careful when changing stairs. I kept one cart with my items and went to shop more. When I come back the bucket is gone. Some guy had send it to return section. Careless. Andalso no washroom in case of an emergency. These things should improve.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with one of the customer service representatives .When I approached the staff for an exchange, the customer service guy behaved very rudely and aggressively and he himself mentioned he is the owner and “you do whatever you want “PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE “

The incident occurred on today 8:30 pm during my visit to the store. I explained the reason for the exchange politely, but instead of offering assistance, the staff member responded with a hostile and dismissive attitude. It made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed with the level of customer service provided.
