Go gym is a well equipped with the required facilities and machines to workout, most importantly the group classes is what highlights the most.

Kudos to the group exercise instructors specially Reshmi and Lydia for bringing they positive energy and vibes in the gym.

The song selection in the zumba and Bollywood zumba classes is electrifying and I always look forward attend these classes for the fun full workout.

Keep up the great work and happy workouts. Cheers

One of the besttt gym ever, most prestigious gym, all provided equipments and also best assistance with proper training, Trained staff with the beta friendly vibe.
A keeper gym for sure ????.

It’s been a great experience in Gogym.I joined 8 months ago with great changes. My great coach Don Praise has been of great help. It’s been not just a trainer but also like a brother. He has guided me step by step in my fitness journey and am so proud to have him as my trainer and will recommend him to any one any day any time. I got great transformation since I joined him.He’s so interested in result and would do anything to ensure his clients get results.
I come all the way from business bay to train with him.
He’s such a wonderful coach, humble and fun to be with. Although he can be very tough but he’s fun to workout with. Thanks my coach and brother Don Praise. You’re the best . Want to thank the ᵈᵉ???????????????????? family too

De Go Gym is by far the best gym in the area. The gym has ample space and provides plenty of free weights and machines to workout with. The support staff does an excellent job in keeping the gym clean and tidy. Coach Aslam is one of the best trainer I have met with. He is sharp in assessing the body type and setting the workout plans, creating diet plans, setting short term and long term goals, and changing the workouts swiftly when you touch the plateau. I had a wonderful transformation with coach Aslam's help.
The only negatives I find with the gym are the air conditioning and the fees.

Great Gym. Awesome atmosphere.
If anyone needs a great workout trainer, go to Personal Trainer Aslam. One of the best trainers here In Dubai who will also help you with you diet and make you motivated to hit the gym

Everything about this gym is brilliant, from.the machines to the every single person in the staff. Moreover their Coaches, namely SATWANT and NIHAL, they are thr best people you can ask for support, they might not be your personal trainers but they will help you out with all your small queries.

Next is their, ZUMBA/BOLLYWOOD DANCE/HIIT training sessions led by LYDIA and RESHMI. They put absolutely everything into these one hour sessions, making it truly effective for our body and our mind, it's really hard to be unsatisfied by their sessions. They have such beatiful and welcoming energies that the dancers now are more family than just participants.

Now main part, their equipments too are absolute top class. When it comes to safety and users comfort, gogym really goes the extra mile. The gym too is extremely clean and well sanitized, making hygiene also top priority.

I've been a member of this gym for a year and half atp, I will say they might be a little extra pricy but the services, equipments, staff make it worthwhile no doubt. Even the receptionist welcomes you with a smile.

Joined the gym a year ago. The place is clean and hygienic, crowd is decent and helpful staff. I go to gym only for Zumba and Bollywood fitness class. Reshmi and Lydia our Zumba and Bollywood instructors are amazing, they are always energetic and enthusiastic. They choose perfect songs and the choreography is kept simple for everyone. Their classes should not be missed.

While I was staying in Qusais area, my happy go-to place was this Gym. I have attended all the required classes and trainings with amazing instructors. Made friends from there too.

To the ones who are planning to join Go Gym, take the training from the best trainers (Got trained by Aslam) and the dances classes are an absolute must!!

Zumba Classes from Reshmi and Bollywood Classes from Lydia. These classes definitely lighten your mood from a stressful day.!
