My 13 yo son had an absolutely amazing visit to deep Dive Dubai during our stay in Dubai in July he has his 12 meter open water and was able to go down to 18 meters to the top of the hole. He absolutely loved all of the props in the water including the water bell, pool table, motor bikes etc and wanted to go deeper ! We also loved being able to watch him through the various windows. He also loved his dive instructor and wants to go back next time we visit Dubai. The video we paid for was absolutely amazing as well and we received this by email about 5 days after our visit . All in all well worth the money for a one of a kind experience

Love the experience, high quality facilities and organized staff. captain Mike (who was my dive guide) is a lovely company to dive with (he is the one giving me the bunny ears)... many things to see and explore. Would recommend it for others for sure.

The scuba diving was fun, but I prefer the ocean. The cost seemed very high for what you get. I would rather scuba dive in Fujairah.Seemed very dark in the water and not very colourful. When I booked online, I purchased 2 video packages, not knowing you only need 1 because you are scuba diving with your partner. When I arrived, I asked if I could get a refund, and I was told there was no refund. The customer service didn't seem to care. I would have been happy with a store credit or maybe a return voucher, but nothing. The dive master was very friendly and took a great video.

We stayed on land but stopped in to consider their courses and to watch others diving and just get a better idea of the facility in person vs online. We arrived only an hour before they closed so the cafe was shutting down and not many others there, but the reception staff (I think her name was Chine/Shine?) still warmly welcomed us, gave us the info we requested, and encouraged us to watch the divers. The facility is very clean and everything is incredibly well-done and professional! We spent an hour watching a rescue diver course and really enjoyed watching skin divers! Pretty incredible to see! Even the divers in the tank were so friendly and waved to us at our viewing spots. The only reason we did not return is that it is quite a distance from everything else we were doing and from where we were staying. But, we have it on our list to go back! As others have stated, it’s more expensive than anywhere else but also a unique experience so I think the prices would be worth it to try at least once!

Not worth the money!
The location is relatively close to District one, but a bit far from the center, they have a covered parking????
If friends or relatives are coming with you and want to watch, they can sit in the lobby or in the restaurant below and they will certainly see you when you dive. The nuance is that the windows are quite large in front of the water tank, and most of all it will just reflect the sun or sky from outside and you won’t be able to see it from a distance, you need to crawl right close. The service in the restaurant is weak - you yourself need to ask for the menu and go to the cashier if you want to order something, more like self-service than a restaurant, the choice of food is not large, but in general everything is ok.
Diving experience itself - the instructors are quite experienced, so if there are fears of diving into the water, you should not be afraid - everything is under control and safe. The only thing that I didn’t like is that all attention is focused not on having a great time and learning how to dive, but on shooting a video. And the 2-3 hour session turns into just shooting underwater. So I think the price is a little high for this, considering that even the video will be quite bad in resolution and colors, and you not gonna watch it more than once.
My suggestion to dive somewhere else, than spend 2000-3000 AED for this.

We had a great time !
The place was awesome and so clean.
All of the staff was very nice and friendly.
The tour inside the facility was interesting. They explained the process and importance of the different equipments in each department. Thanks to Jeth who assisted us for through the whole tour.
And during the snorkeling session, Ramelyn was our guide. Such a lovely person and very professional. She took cool videos while we were in the pool ????.
You really need to experience Deep Dive when visiting Dubai ???? ⭐

It was an interesting experience. This 60m pool had lots of objects to look at and interact with.

I wish I had a facility like this at home—a perfect, year-round diving pool for recreational and training dives.

A nice club my grandson used to go here for rugby training. He thoroughly enjoyed it. The cafe served up good tea and bacon bottles. Lovely.

I only walk the dog in the area surrounding the rugby club but it's all very well maintained and kept relatively clean and tidy
