Called to book a local cab and because they deal with airport runs predominantly the very kind gentleman on the phone gave me a local number and advice on cabs outside the train station. This is what customer service and business people should behave like. Will always call these guys in the future when flying people in for conferences!!

I booked a taxi to and from Stansted. I received a confirmation via text. They should have picked us from home up at 7.30 am. When I phoned to find out what was happening, they have no record of my booking and could not send anyone.
