Her extensive knowledge of your products was truly impressive, as she confidently answered all my questions and provided valuable insights.

Very unprofessional attitude of staff at the ibn bututa store. Noone was bothered to check with the needs of the customer. We went twice to the store and wanted to buy multiple pair of shoes. However, due to the coldness of the staff, we left without purchase. None of the staff was attending or willing to even ask the requirement.

Nice shoes options but not comfortable after couple of times when you wear them. Had the worst customer service experience from VENERA.. she doesn’t have any customer service knowledge and was very unprofessional.

Great place to buy branded shoes at Ibn Batuta Mall Dubai. Great discounted prices and variety.

The store has a decent collection of footwear and quite reasonably priced as well. I would especially like to praise 1 of the staff members at the store, her name was Tapati..she was very helpful and easy to approach due to her pleasant demeanour with a smile welcoming and interested in attending to customers.Thank you Tapati.

I have visited the store 3 times. I really like the range and quality of shoes. The service is excellent, especially the consultant named VENERA, who every time helps with all questions and finds what you need. The last time I came with friends and they are also happy to have found what they were looking for. And by the way now there are discounts on a separate range of shoes.

Iyou have a very nice staff very good promotions and variety of shoes suits everyone .
I would like to show my deep appreciation for the great support and i got in your branch at ibn battuta mall when i went there with my wife to checkout the new promotion buy one get one free, we both choose sneakers and we got an extra free slipper for my wife but when we left the store and reached home we discovered that we forgot the slipper there but i was not certain about it and unfortunately i lost my receipt.
I waited for 2 days and i went back there and I explained my problem to sanath and ismayl and to tell you the truth i was amazed by their kindness and professionalism that tgey showed to me , they took my number and they printed out a copy of lost receipt and they said they will check the cameras and inform once they find a conclusion.
I left the store and I didn’t go so far then suddenly they called me back and they discovered that it was under the counter forgotten by mistake by the cashier .
Full respect to your effort guys you deserve the best and absolutely i will come back again and i will recommend your brand to everyone i know
