I called them and asked if one of their services was available on a specific date, they answered and told me that it is available and we agreed on everything. Once I arrived at their office they told me that their service which I asked about will be available after 6 days.

They wasted my time.

Response was good.. but no follow-up.. we have to take separate responsibility if we get over here.. eventhough all are same but it's ok.. they are best at my first experience

Nice, supporting staff, please open branch In Dubai industrial city, in this area have only one travel agent and asking more money always also not supporting staff, like if you want buy otherwise you can leave that type of staff I had previous experience so i like and refer daira travels in dip 1

Worst tourist services after asking on call several times for visit visa they explained everything but after visiting 1500/- deposit charges extra they worst experience waste of time why don’t you give all information on call when asked
